my process

How I Work, Start to Finish

A simple, predictable way of working where you always know what is happening and what comes next. One developer, a fixed price, and your sign-off at every stage.

the short version

No black boxes, no surprises

Most people have been burned by a project that ran late, went over budget, or got handed to a junior they never spoke to. I work the opposite way. You deal with me directly from the first message to launch, you get a fixed price before anything starts, and you approve each stage before I move on. Here is exactly how a project runs.

step by step

The Process, in Seven Steps

Whether it is a full app or a single fix, the path is the same and you are never left guessing.

1
Step 01

Discovery call

We start with a relaxed 30-minute call. You tell me about your business, your customers, and what you need the project to do. I give you honest input on the best way to get there, even if that means talking you out of something you do not need.

2
Step 02

Proposal and fixed price

I send a clear written scope, a realistic timeline, and a fixed price. No hourly billing, no vague estimates, no surprise invoices later. You know exactly what you are getting and what it costs before you commit to anything.

3
Step 03

Design and structure

I design around getting results, not just looking nice, and map out how everything fits together. You see it and approve the direction before a single line of code is written, so nothing is a surprise at the end.

4
Step 04

Build

I build it myself, by hand, with clean and fast code. No page builders, no bloat. You get progress updates at each stage, so you always know where things stand. Most websites are ready in five to ten working days.

5
Step 05

Review and refine

Before anything goes live, we go through it together. You tell me what to change, and I refine it until you are happy. Revisions are part of the process, not an upsell tacked on at the end.

6
Step 06

Launch

Once you sign off, we go live. I handle the technical side, tune the loading speed, test across devices, and make sure search engines can find it from day one. You get a site that is fast, working, and ready to bring in business.

7
Step 07

Support after launch

I do not disappear once the invoice is paid. I stay reachable for fixes, tweaks, and questions, directly, not through a ticket queue. Every project comes with support, so you are never left stuck.

why it works this way

What you can count on

The process is built around a few simple commitments. They are the reason clients come back for the next project.

You talk to me directly The person you brief is the person who builds it. No account managers, no handoffs, no telephone game.
Fixed price, no surprises You agree the scope and cost up front. The number I quote is the number you pay.
You approve before I build Nothing gets built until you have signed off on the plan, so the final result is never a surprise.
Clean code, built by hand No page builders or bloated templates. Just fast, maintainable code that holds up over time.
Quick turnaround One focused developer, not a queue. Most sites launch in five to ten working days.
I stay after launch Support does not end at go-live. I am reachable directly for whatever you need next.
