These terms apply to the services provided by Gias Ul Hassan (“I”, “me”, “my”) and to your use of this website. By working with me or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Services
I provide web design and development, web applications, mobile apps, business automation, and related digital services. The exact scope of any project is set out in the quote or proposal we agree on.
Quotes and proposals
Quotes are based on the requirements you share with me and are valid for the period stated. If the scope changes, the quote and timeline may be adjusted.
Payments
Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is required to confirm a project, with the balance due before the work goes live or is handed over. Payment terms are confirmed in the proposal.
Revisions
A reasonable number of revisions is included as set out in the proposal. Work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the content, access, and feedback needed to complete the project on time, and to confirm you have the rights to any materials you supply.
Timelines
I give realistic timelines before starting and keep you updated throughout. Delays caused by late content, feedback, or third parties may affect the delivery date.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party components, tools, and libraries that remain under their own licences. I may feature the completed work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise.
Third-party materials
Projects may use third-party themes, plugins, fonts, or services, which are governed by their own licences and terms.
Support
Any support or maintenance included after launch is described in the proposal. Additional support can be arranged separately.
Disclaimer and liability
Work is delivered with care and to a professional standard, but is provided without warranties beyond those agreed in writing. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and my total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for it.
Termination
Either party may end a project in writing. Work completed up to that point remains payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
